Terms governing use of SHLCash and participation in the webmaster program.
SHLCash is a portal for webmasters who wish to promote StudioHotline services and contribute to the acquisition of new models and new users. The website provides information, materials and tools relating to promotional and collaboration activities.
SHLCash is a service operated within the activities of StudioHotline. The operational rules of the webmaster program, its requirements and any financial terms are established and communicated by the service operator and may be updated over time.
SHLCash may promote StudioHotline and, where applicable, other services or platforms. Each service may be subject to its own terms, rules, age requirements, privacy policy and conditions of use.
A webmaster may use the materials, links and tools made available by SHLCash only for lawful promotional activities that comply with the program rules. The webmaster is responsible for the channels and methods through which traffic is generated for the promoted services.
Traffic generated by a webmaster must be genuine and obtained through lawful and transparent practices. Artificial traffic, fraudulent clicks, spam, manipulation of attribution systems, impersonation, misleading use of trademarks or other practices intended to artificially alter program results are not permitted.
The program may include initiatives aimed at acquiring new models and/or new users. The criteria for attribution, qualification, validation and, where applicable, recognition of any benefits or compensation will be determined by the official program terms.
The webmaster receives a commission equal to 10% of the earnings of each model registered through their referral link, for the entire period in which the model remains active on StudioHotline. The webmaster also receives a commission equal to 3% of the commissions earned by webmasters registered through their link. Commissions accrue only on new, valid registrations that comply with these Terms. No other compensation, bonus or remuneration is due unless expressly provided for. Any changes to the financial terms will be published on this page.
Promotional materials made available for promotion must be used in accordance with the instructions provided by SHLCash. They may not be modified or used in misleading, unlawful, defamatory or otherwise incompatible contexts.
SHLCash and its resources may not be used to promote illegal content, material that infringes third-party rights, malware, fraudulent activities, spam or practices intended to circumvent program controls. Age requirements and restrictions established by the promoted platforms must also be respected.
When SHLCash links to services operated by separate entities, those services remain subject to their own rules and terms. SHLCash does not modify or replace the terms applicable to external services.
Any registrations, purchases, subscriptions, payments or other transactions made through external platforms take place under the terms of the relevant provider. SHLCash is not a party to such transactions unless expressly stated otherwise.
The webmaster is responsible for their own websites, channels, campaigns and promotional content and must ensure that they comply with applicable laws, program rules and third-party rights.
In the event of a breach of these Terms, the program rules, or fraudulent or unlawful practices, access to the program or attribution of any benefits may be suspended, restricted or terminated in accordance with the applicable terms.
SHLCash may modify or update these Terms when necessary. The version published on the website constitutes the current version.
Information concerning the legal entity owning and operating SHLCash, including its legal name, registered office and other corporate details, will be added as soon as available. Any provisions concerning applicable law and jurisdiction will be defined and published together with the official company information.
